Greetings from The Orbis School!
This is to inform you that The Annual Athletic Meet (2018-19) will be held on 12th January 2019.
Details of the event are as follows:
Venue: SRPF Ground, Wanowrie
Day/Date: Saturday, 12th January, 2019
Time: 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Uniform: Grey track pants, house T- shirt, school shoes and socks, ID card.
Bring along: A bag with a water bottle, tiffin box, Orbis cap, Rs 100 (optional) for snacks and
beverages.
Bus Pick up and Drop: School buses will ply one hour later than usual in the morning for
pickup. Dispersal from SRPF ground will start at 12.30 pm. Please be at the drop points
accordingly.
Self-Pick and Drop: Parents are requested to drop the students at the venue at 8.30 am and
pick them up at 12.30 pm.
Please Note:
The event participation and spectatorship is limited to the students and the staff of the
Orbis School.
